Can I specify a different delivery address when ordering?
Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the items.
You can specify a delivery address different from your home or main contact
address, if more convenient.

How do I know if my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated,
issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future
reference. You will also receive an email confirming that we have received
your order
details.

Can I add to an existing order?
You can go back and add items to your order until you confirm your payment
details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you
cannot add items to the same order. If you’d like to order additional
items, please place a new order.

When will my order be delivered?
For most items we try to send within 48 hours

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Yes and no, some larger/expensive deliveries will require someone to
be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply
to ensure the goods were
delivered and received correctly. If you cannot be present to
sign for delivery, please remember that you can specify a different delivery
address
while ordering
and have your order delivered to your office, a neighbour’s,
etc.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Fishing
Pool. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase,

Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order.
- Does Fishing Pool deliver overseas?
Yes, we offer competitive rates to many countries using carriers such as UPS
and TNT.
- Are receipts sent with deliveries?
The receipt is the address label on the parcel. You will need this in case
you wish to return goods.
- How can I get a V.A.T. receipt?
We can only send you a V.A.T. receipt once the 15-day money back guarantee
for the product(s) you have purchased has expired. In order to receive
such a receipt, please Email Customer Services at least 16 days after
receiving
your product(s), including your order number. We will be more than happy
to deal with your request.
- Can I reserve products and pick them up at the factory?
